Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on your selection).

All fees are non-refundable unless required by law
Subscription renewals occur automatically unless canceled
Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of service
Prices may change, and continued use after changes constitutes acceptance

You agree not to engage in any activity that:

Attempts to bypass, disable, or interfere with platform security
Involves unauthorized access to data, accounts, or systems
Disrupts or damages the platform’s performance or infrastructure
Uses the service for fraudulent, harmful, or unlawful purposes
Violates intellectual property rights or privacy laws
Any violation may result in immediate termination of your account.

All software, content, trademarks, branding, and platform features are the exclusive property of Markshles or its licensors.
You may not:

Copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform
Use Markshles branding without written permission
Your use of the service does not grant ownership or rights beyond the limited license described above.

The platform is provided “as is” and “as available.”
Markshles does not guarantee:

Uninterrupted uptime
Error-free operation

Protection against events beyond our control (server failures, outages, cyberattacks, data corruption, third‑party service interruptions)

In the event of system failure, downtime, or external incidents not caused by Markshles, no refunds or compensation will be issued.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Markshles is not liable for:

Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
Damages resulting from misuse, user error, or third‑party actions
Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the service is to discontinue use.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
Markshles may update these terms at any time.
Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
